Yoga Classes



Move your body better to regain function in your core and pelvic floor. 

This class challenges you to slow down and better understand how your body moves. Traditional yoga postures are woven together with movements targeted at the whole body, helping to bring better strength, stability and control from the inside out. No prior experience with yoga is necessary.

Tuesdays 9:30-10:30am

Fall session: Sept 12 – Nov. 14 $160 Full Session (10 classes)


Drop In for weekly Classes, $18
